Sky Green Caravans are surrounded by typical Tuscan Maremma vegetation. They're bright, practical and comfortable (22sqm + veranda) and can sleep up to 4+1 persons. They are composed by 1 double bedroom with safe storage box, 1 bedroom with three single beds, kitchen fitted with cook top, fridge with ice-compartment and complete with kitchenware, cutlery and a wooden terrace furnished with table and chairs. Mosquito nets. We also supply you with 1 sun bed, clothesline, blankets and pillows.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are not included.
There is no water connection.
Sky Green Caravans can be hired from Sunday to Sunday.
IMPORTANT:
Rates include: VAT at 10%, access to all common services and amenities, electricity, transport in shuttle train to beach, bags for waste collection, safe, entertainment and recreational facilities (except for some specific facilities, during the low season we cannot guarantee all services) and first aid nursing. Parking space for one car/motorbike is free of charge. Free WI-FI in bar area and rental facilities except Cieloverde Caravan and Cieloverde Tent.
Rates do not include: surgery examinations, hire of bicycles and beach equipment, entry to swimming pool and anything else not expressly mentioned as included. Local Tourism Tax.
Renting beach equipment available from 22/05/2025 to 27/09/2025
Local tax
Our tariffs do not include the local tax, the municipality of Grosseto introduced for stays during the period 01 March – 31 October 2025. This tax (Euro 0.90 per person per night for a maximum of 14 days) has to be paid to the village which will remit this contribution directly to the municipality of Grosseto. Children under 14 years are tax free.
Notes:
1 – Possibility of final cleaning charge €50.00 (daily cleaning extra price €25.00)
2 – Animals accepted extra charge for extraordinary cleaning €40.00 (plus current daily rates) max 2 dog
We inform our guests that during the mountains of May nd June the South and South-East could bring tiny insects that sting, locally called "Serafiche"
