The brand new Hemingway mobile homes stand out for their bright environments where the main element is white wood, which has been used to cover the internal walls and also for the furniture of this accommodation.
Red and blue surrounded by white and warmer shades of brown were chosen for the interior and exterior design: the colors that best recall sea sceneries.
The living area consists of a kitchenette equipped with a cook top, cupboards, sink and fridge with freezer, as well as a living room with a comfortable sofa that can be used both as a dining area and for watching TV.
The sleeping area includes a bedroom with three beds and a master bedroom with a double bed, which overlooks the veranda. The triple room is equipped with a loft bed, and a foldaway bed stowed underneath. Two bathrooms with shower complete the night area.
The veranda is about half covered and offers the possibility to live your holiday outdoors even in bad weather.
Equipped with air conditioning - TV with Sky satellite - WiFi and mosquito nets - safe deposit box.
They are provided with clothesline, 1 sun bed, 1 high chair, blankets, pillows, bed linen with weekly change. Towels and kitchen linen are not included.

Hemingway mobile homes are located in the area of Statonia.
Pets are not allowed.
The rental of Hemingway is from Sunday to Sunday.
IMPORTANT:
Tariffs include: VAT at 10%, access to all common services and amenities, electricity, transport in shuttle train to beach, bags for waste collection, safe, entertainment and recreational facilities (except for some specific facilities, during the low seeason we cannot guarantee all services) and first aid nursing. Parking space for one car/motorbike is free of charge. Free WI-FI in bar area and rental facilities except Cieloverde Caravan and Cieloverde Tent.
Tariffs do not include: surgery examinations, hire of bicycles and beach equipment , entry to swimming pool and anything else not expressly mentioned as included. Local Tourism Tax.

Local tax
Our tariffs do not include the local tax, the municipality of Grosseto introduced for stays during the period 01 March – 31 October 2023. This tax (Euro 0,90 per person per night for a maximum of 14 days) has to be paid to the village which will remit this contribution directly to municipality of Grosseto. Children under 14 years are tax free.
