IMPORTANT:
Tariffs include: VAT at 10%, access to shared services and facilities, electricity supply, , transport in shuttle train to beach, bags for refuse, entertainment and playground facilities, and first aid nurse.

Tariffs do not include: surgery examinations, use of telephone, safety deposit box, hire of bicycles and beach equipment and anything else not expressly mentioned as included. Covered parking for one car or motorcycle is free. Beach service available from May 26th until September 22nd.
